A Javanese Keris with ivory Madurese Donoriko (krawangan cecekan) hilt, 18th/19th Century, carved ukiran with zoomorphic, floral motifs and mythical bird on the front. Gold mendak with three tiers of precious stones, 18 small indigenous diamonds (inten) in the upper ring, 6 coloured stones in the middle ring and 12 inten in the lower ring. Damask blade. Gayaman ladrang scabbard with polychrome painted gold-leaf background =ministerial rank= -temple, 'wajang' characters and monkeys. Open pendao in red lacquer. Scabbard with minor chips.
