AR coin or jewellery ornament (1.18 g.) with inscription Uyghur's Turpan, dated AH 1355 (1936/37); added similar item (2.78 g.) with Turfani on both sides and date 8513 (3 retrograde) (is AH1358) - VF, the only coin-like objects with the name of Turfan, ref. Xinjiang Numismatics 2010, issue 2, P.46, 47, 53, but are now considered among Xinjiang numismatists as ornamentations used by local women, usually during wedding ceremonies; ZENO 1789, 284067.
