Northeast Gaul / Treviri - AV Stater (late 2nd-mid 1st century BC, 6.19 g) - Celticized eye in profile, three stars to right, pellets around / Celticized horse prancing left, V-shaped ornament above with pellet-like outline, pellet-in-annulet (in pelleted circle) below, stars around (D&T 173 (Remi) / Depeyrot, NC VII, 73 / De la Tour 8799) - as usual partially weakly struck but attractive piece in good gold, VF/XF
