AR Drachm (4.15 g.), mint signature AY (at or near Eran-khvarrah-Shapur), ND - Obv: Crowned bust right; diademed crown with merlons, crescent and korymbos / rev. fire altar with attendants facing the altar. Portrait of king within flames on fire altar. Usually described as Ahuramazda but on clearer specimen (see for instance ZENO 186065) unmistakably the portrait of the king (MAC.957; Gobl I/2 issue; ZENO 299268) - Scarce type, bold XF
