Wiener Firmanhänger ca. 1810-1820 - one-sided hollow central medallion in round filligreed bezel with eyelet - Obv. confirmation-scene with bishop and kneeling children, taking place at the Stephansplatz with Stephansdom in the background and holy spirit in the form of dove above / various hallmarks on reverse incl. Wiener Beschauzeichen 181(7?) - 72 mm 52.75 gram - XF - pieces like these were likely given by the godparents as a present after the confirmation. Viennese silversmiths produced these in significant quantities and various different executions are known dating from around the same period of time.
