Indonesia, a shoulder cloth (selendang) with design of geometrical as well as semen motif (so called Lockan pattern), ancestral birds depicted in the element air, spiritually the return to the origin, the early development of the universe, symbolizing the upper world, cloth. Provenance: Jean Chrétien, Baron Baud (1789–1859) Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies from 1833 until 1836.
