A thinly potted Chinese porcelain bowl decorated in underglaze blue, the exterior with a continuous landscape scene with two figures, the interior with a round centre medallion enclosing a figure in a landscape, the walls of the interior with two peach sprays. This bowl is very similar in style to the crow cups discussed by Maura Rinaldi in 'Kraak Porcelain - A moment in the History of Trade', page 156-158, plate 192, shape IV.2. in which the bowls are dated to 1595-1620 and are not commonly found in western collections.
