M1 helmet shell with front seam and swivel bails made by "Schleuter", chinstraps with brass hardware (one loose) complete with "Westinghouse" made liner, the helmet shell in adorned with the divisional insignia of the US 3rd Infantry Division, the insignia were applied using a spray gun, denoting late-war or possibly even occupation-era use, size about 2,5x2 inch., overall very nice example
