Zeer uitgebreide verzameling van Spaans Koloniale munten: ca. 43 stuks 4 Reales Cobs, ca. 80 stuks 8 Reales Cobs en 12 stuks Pillardollars van de jaren 1734, 1736, 1737, 1738 en 1739. De munten zijn alle opgedoken uit het scheepswrak van het VOC-schip 'De Rooswijk', dat in 1740 zonk op de zandbanken bij Goodwin Sands, zuidoost Engeland. In het schip bevond zich een geldzending van ca. 1000 zilveren baren en 36.000 zilveren munten. Deze verzameling of voorraad is afkomstig uit de boedel van Het Nederlandsche Muntenhuis, dat met deze muntensets zoals 'De Rooswijk VOC 1737' en 'Gelimiteerde editie van het VOC Scheepswrak 'De Rooswijk'’ uitgaf. Een dergelijke grote hoeveelheid Cobs (wb. enkele gedateerde exemplaren) wordt zelden aangeboden – totaal ca. 135 munten Extensive collection of Spanish Colonial coins: about 43 pcs. 4 Reales Cobs , about 80 pcs. 8 Reales Cobs and 12 pcs. The ship cointained money shipment of about 1,000 silver bars and 36,000 silver coins. This collection or inventory comes from the estate of the Het Nederlandsche Muntenhuis, who used these coins in sets such as ‘The Rooswijk VOC 1737' and 'Limited edition of the VOC Ship Wreck ‘The Rooswijk’'. Such a large amount Cobs (with some dated ones) is rarely offered - a total of approximately 135 coins
