AR Dramma (0.76 g.) NM (Sind), ND (c. 6th century) (ZENO 35673) - Obv: Crude Sasanian-style bust wearing turretted crown right, symbol before face / Rev: Crude representation of a fire altar, two beads (representing attendants) either side - VF, very rare, ex Spink 5010 (30-6-2005) lot 59 Ref.: First published in the ONS-NL#181 by Wilfried Pieper, reportedly from Northern Pakisatan, suggesting that they might be Hunnic issues from the 6th or 7th centuries. In the Journal of the ONS #195, Pankaj Tandon re-examined the series at length and comes to the conclusion that they were issued in Sind in the 6th century by a Hunnic or post-Hunnic minor dynasty
