Iovinus was an usurpator, who was proclaimed emperor in 411 AD by the king of the Alanen, Goar, and the king of the Burgunder, Gundahar, in Mundiacum (Muntzen). He was defeated and captured in AD 413 by the Westgoths, king Athaulf, after which Honorius executed him.
