Large collection of Banovac coins, Denars and Half Denars (Obols) used in Croatia and struck by various Bans under Bela IV (1235-1270). The collection consists of app. 59 coins of Herzog Koloman (1235-1241) & Ban Dioniz (1242-1245), Herzog Stephan (1246-1247) & Ban Stephan Gutkeled (1248-1260), Bela (1260-1269), Roland (1261-1267) & Heinrich von Güssing (1267-1269). The coins are described according to Dolenec and have many varieties – must be seen!
