Officieel insigne voor de secretarissen van de internationale sportféderaties, zilver en deels geëmailleerd, lichtbruin lint met opdruk 'Fédération Internationale'. Oorspronkelijk uitgereikt aan B. Heckstall Smith, toenmalig secretaris van de International Yacht Racing Union. Totale oplage volgens het officieel rapport van het N.O.C.: 20, met verschillende kleuren linten voor elke sport. De combinatie met het lint maakt dit dus een uniek exemplaar / Official badge for the secretaries of the international sports federations, partially enameled silver, with lightbrown ribbon inscripted 'Fédération Internationale'. Originally handed out to Great Britains B. Heckstall Smith who was the secretary of the International Yacht Racing Union in 1928. According to the N.O.C.'s official report only 20 were made with different color ribbons for each sport, which makes this one a unique piece.
