AR Tetradrachm (Posthumous Cappadocian issue, struck under Ariarathes VII (112-100 BC) c 104-102 BC, 16.61 g) - Diademed head of Antiochus VII right / Athena standing left, holding Nike and scepter, monogram above A in left field, O in inner left field, Λ to inner right, all within wreath (SC 2148) - VF/XF, well-centered obv. Tetradrachms like this were struck in huge quantities by Ariarathes VII, and in most cases they were used to pay Seleucid mercenaries fighting Nicomedes III and Mithridates VI.
