Seven Chinese porcelain 'gaiwan' decorated in underglaze blue depicting a figure in a river landscape scene and a pagoda. The gaiwan is a Chinese lidded bowl without a handle, used for the infusion of tea leaves and the consumption of tea. The stand is to protect the table from heat.
