Kavel 1064

A large collection of fossils, most in matrices ('moedersteen'), mainly prints, mainly from the Carboon: many ferns, some really nice leaves and small trunks, dark gray/black rock as usual, but also some others like Solnhofen finds (Jura) with a small fish, ammonite, a large sea urchin ('zee-egel') from Dutch Limburg, some cut stones/fossils (between thin glass plates) for microscopic research and cut/polished pieces (also a polished blue agat/chalcedon), some small fossils from Gerolstein, etc.etc. This collection is gathered in the second half of the 20th century and comes with some literature like 'Steinkohlenpflanzen' (Gothan-Remy), 'Fossilien, Minerale und geologische Begriffe' (Haubold/Daber), 'Handbuch des Fossiliensammlers (Richter) and 2 other booklets - nice starting collection, please view (all packed in two large crates and 1 moving box, heavy item, cannot be shipped!)
